After reading the article from Jeffrey Veen, i would simply have to say i dessagree. He makes the statement that the media based web is almost too consumed by Flash based hover overs, sound affects, and other "cool effects". He states that the web seems to be consumed with this typical style of sites, and he feels as though that are not enough user-centric.

Now i agree with his about websites becoming less "user friednly", but at the same time I like the change. When the world wide web first made its way to the public it looked nothing like it does now. And this is simply due to change; evolution. This is what happens over time! People tend to no longer desire the ways of the past, and start demanding something new. And in this case, the new wave of web design seems to simply need some getting used to.
